This Shipping Policy explains order processing times, delivery options, costs, tracking, and responsibilities of both parties.
1. Processing Times
- Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed next business day.
2. Delivery Areas & Methods
- Domestic: Poland — standard and expedited where available.
- EU & EEA: standard cross-border services.
- International: selected destinations subject to carrier availability and customs.
3. Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Poland: 2–4 business days
- EU/EEA: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14+ business days (customs-dependent)
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions or permanently for certain regions; details will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking availability can vary by carrier and destination.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Ensure your address is complete and accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may be returned to sender; re-shipping fees may apply.
8. Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address specified in your order. If you believe a parcel is lost, contact us so we can assist with carrier investigation.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition (photos) and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Splitting Shipments
For large or mixed availability orders, items may ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking per parcel.
11. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change address or cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is released to the warehouse.
